This website, medranoaz.com, is operated by Rebecca Medrano, a licensed Arizona real estate agent with eXp Realty (Arizona License #SA652445000). In this policy, “I,” “me” and “my” refer to Rebecca Medrano. I wrote this policy in plain language so you know exactly what happens to the information you share here.

Information you give me

When you fill out a form on this site, I receive the information you choose to enter. Depending on the form, that can include:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• A property address and details about the home
• Your timeline, the areas you’re interested in, and your budget or commute preferences
• Anything you write in a message, and, on the review form, your rating and testimonial

I also receive whatever you share when you call, text or email me directly.

Information collected automatically

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location (city level) and how you found the site. When someone submits a form, the site tells Google Analytics that a request was sent and which general options were chosen (for example, a selling timeline), but it does not send your name, address, email or phone number.

Like nearly every website, the company that hosts this site also keeps standard server logs, which record details such as IP addresses and the date and time of visits.

How I use your information

• To respond to your request, such as preparing a home valuation or answering a question
• To provide real estate services if we decide to work together
• To improve this website and understand which pages and tools are helpful
• To meet legal, licensing and brokerage recordkeeping requirements

I don’t currently send marketing emails or newsletters. If I start, I’ll only send them to people who ask for them or agree to receive them, and every message will include an easy way to unsubscribe.

Calls and text messages

When you submit a form, you agree that I may contact you by call, text or email about your request. Texts come from my own phone, not an automated system. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP or simply telling me, and I’ll honor it. Agreeing to be contacted is never a condition of working with me or of any purchase.

How your information is shared

I don’t sell or rent your personal information, and I don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing. Your information is only shared in these limited situations:

• Services that run this website. Form submissions are delivered to my email by Formspree, a form-processing service. The site is hosted by a web hosting company, and visit statistics are processed by Google Analytics. These companies handle information only as needed to provide their services.
• With your permission. For example, if you ask me to connect you with a lender, inspector or other professional.
• During a transaction. If we work together on a purchase or sale, information needed for that transaction is shared with the parties involved, such as the title or escrow company, the lender you choose and my brokerage, eXp Realty, as required to complete it and to meet recordkeeping rules.
• When required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.

Outside services and links

To display fonts, icons, maps and charts, pages on this site load files from outside services, including Google Fonts, Cloudflare, OpenStreetMap and the Leaflet and Chart.js libraries. As with any website, those services receive basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when your browser loads their files.

This site also links to other websites, including my Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and TikTok profiles and the eXp Realty home search. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and I’m not responsible for how they handle information.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings, and the site will still work. Google also offers a free browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every website.

How long I keep information

I keep your information as long as needed to respond to you and provide my services, and as long as real estate licensing, brokerage and legal rules require me to keep records. If you’d like me to delete information I’m not required to keep, just ask.

Your requests

You can ask me at any time to tell you what information I have about you, correct it, delete it (where I’m not required to keep it) or stop contacting you. Email or text me using the contact details below, and I’ll respond promptly.

Keeping your information safe

I take reasonable steps to protect the information you share, but no website, email or text message is completely secure. Please don’t send sensitive financial details, such as Social Security or bank account numbers, through the forms on this site.

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, I’ll post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
